I kind of want to feel bad for him, because of all the crap that he and his family have gone through, but it's hard when all we really see from him is him acting like he wants to inflict that same pain on other people (some of whom are completely random).

The entire justification for Skye is that nobody knows how to handle her powers (that they know of). Hard to argue that with Deathlok. It would instantly destroy Coulson's credibility if they really did just lock him away.

What do you want? Do you want them to just skip the part where new, crazy-dangerous powers that are out of control can be difficult to deal with, and have repercussions? I mean, this stuff is pretty fundamental to comics - particularly the X-Men (and to a lesser degree, the Inhumans, who are acting as surrogate X-Men

I agree, he's got that in spades. But I think it's only one of many traits you need (including the whole prophecy thing…)

Ah, you're right. My mistake

Yeah, I was bugged by that guy's lack of self-preservation skills, but I chalked it up to me assuming from the beginning that the accident was to get him out of the car to kill him, and thus me being alert for danger.

Yeah, that Iron Man comparison was what first sprang to mind

I kinda worried about Mei this episode, but it kinda feels like she her role might be over now.

Isn't The Calculator Stephanie Brown's father?

I wouldn't trust Malcolm as far as I can throw him.

As far as I remember, he was the one saying he couldn't take it - that was Laurel. So now he's proving her even more wrong, that's all

You may be right, but I at least understand where they're coming from on this one

Caitlyn kinda was - just like Felicity kinda was. But all that was mentioned was love interests

Ah, gotcha. I thought you were saying this was another Easter egg

How does security help when everyone's already been poisoned?

Except in DC, Barry originally became Flash without his mom having died. It is only later that that becomes a thing. Just like here

No paradox; I see no reason to assume that future accelerator never exploded.

No, it probably would have still happened. Otherwise, how would Eobard have known the accelerator would work? He just had to make sure to build it identically to the way Wells had done it

Flash would have existed still - just later.

Oliver was, I believe, a billionaire. He his position as the CEO of his company, but still owns approximately 50% of it due to help from Walter. Plus, he probably had all sorts of investments and such, not to mention life insurance from both parents.
