I would have absolutely hated Thea doing it unless they had a really good explanation for it, and I don't know what that explanation could possibly be, after only 6 months away. It's just not in her character

I'm really wondering about Maseo's wife, since she's actually a canonical character who's husband is dead.

How DO you do it?

Dinah's already had far too much tragedy in her life

I missed him too. So I shot at him again.

It better take more than 6 months to turn someone like Thea into a cold-blooded murderer

No, because I like Agent May, and I don't want her to die.

Ah, gotcha

She's a new character, and they're trying to establish who she is, and give us a reason to care. They're also in the middle of the whole "Joan needs her space" thing. But they've started including Joan more, and it looks like that trend may be continuing, since Joan volunteered to take over some of Kitty's tasks so

Okay, sorry. I think I misunderstood your post. Part of it was because you said author, not reviewer, which confused me.

This episode had almost everything I like about the show. Humor, great dialog, enough twists to keep you guessing, and characters that you just care about more and more as the show continues.

Based just on these two comments, I kinda get the impression that you don't want to like her, because you feel it may take away from Ms. Liu. But I'm pretty sure that no matter how 'crucial and dynamic' Kitty is, Joan is far, far more so.

I don't understand your complaints.

I believe that his brain does work much faster, yes. I believe he's been shown solving a blackboard full of math problems in seconds (that may have been Supes though, or both).

That's a good point, although I'd say a human on a motorbike is going faster than their reflexes are designed for. We're designed to be able to run about 10 MPH, and our reflexes can generally handle that. A human on a motorbike is going 6x that speed, but doesn't have 6x the reflexes. Flash goes at 100x the speed,

It doesn't matter how fast you process things, if it doesn't register in your mind that you should react to them. How often do humans hear sounds and it not really register in their mind?

Someone argued on another site that they felt like Waller didn't really care that much about the bomb - that it was all to get to Oli

I don't remember for sure, but didn't Boomerang say "if so, we all die" in response to something? It might not have worked

Ha! Now that you mention it…

Well, Barry was already a CSI when the show started, so we don't know what happened before that. Also, I could be wrong, but I think I remember a scene were Joe scolded Barry with "you're not a cop (so stay out of this dangerous situation". Plus Joe talked about how difficult it was for his partner to be in a
