I think it's a little early to expect their resolve to be tested. I almost assume Gordon's resolve WILL be tested, but not until the end of this season, at the earliest.

Oh, definitely. There are ways to stand up to super speed without having super speed yourself, but it tends to make you immune to the Flash (like Doomsday).

Hahaha…

I was thinking the same thing, but if you haven't been reading comic books for the last X number of years, is that something you think of?

It's a little early to say, but I like Snow more so far. Simmons looks (and sometimes acts) like she's 17.

Considering he's half-human, half-Atlantean, I'm pretty sure each is natural for "his people"

But is it the dead who have rights? Or the people who survive them?

There's going to be so many other villains of the week, I think it'll be reasonable for him to forget about Nimbus. But at some point, they better address the disappearing criminals.

I wish they'd played it up a bit more, like Godzilla.

True, but to be fair, it is actually possible to make villains that can go toe-to-toe with the heroes.

Skye is still hotter, although her new hair style isn't helping things any

Yeah, looking back at the website Gail Simone was affiliated with (or whatever it was), it looks like she may have had a similar view - that fridging isn't always bad, but that the fact that it happened disproportionately to women was a problem, and that some instances of it are much worse than others.

That's certainly a reasonable definition, although others seem like they might be just as reasonable.

True, but he could stop acting like a creeper.

I don't remember her using a gone, but I'll assume you're right. But using a gun is different from having a good amount of practice in handling it. And saying her dad is a cop may mean she's had minimal training, and nothing else (although I wouldn't expect the writers to view things that way).

Yikes. They would have to do a really amazing job explaining that for me to not hate that twist. I don't think they've given any indication they disliked each other, Roy's always been about "I want to help people and I need to do good with my life", and if they're gonna force canon with Laurel becoming Canary, they

That's true. But maybe she took the gun safety class when she was 10 or something. And she is emotionally wrecked.

I agree that assassinating the son of a wealthy businessman probably isn't the smartest move.

There were clearly sirens. I couldn't tell the uniform was ill-fitting in that lighting - are you sure?

I get the impression she may just be using him as a means to an end, and the "thanks, Daddy" is just playing that game. But if it does turn out that she's legitimately had a change of heart, then they have some real explaining to do.
