It depends on what you are doing - if you are doing something disk intensive, normally SSDs do use more power. Or was it other way around? I remember reading about it in Anandtech - something about faster to rest saves energy or something - basically it ends up depending on how you use the computer

My dad wants the whole family to go on a cross country trip by road along with his siblings families (about 14 people total). What is the best way? 2 RVs (I have seen some for upto 8 passengers), multiple cars or a big van?
That is a funny one.
"Friend me or die a slow and painful death"?
My inside box looks pretty similar (by the picture and I'm not gonna go down two floors to check).
Thats some price. Even if I decide to use it as a desktop, It's a pretty good deal for a decent CPU with SSD.
I have worked on the non Retina ones and depending on the year, you can see other chips too (bluetooth, airport etc).
It is not a risk, they made a good car for a pretty good price.
They are tasty! But I wouldn't touch those Floridian shit with a 6 foot pole.
Looks like he left the parking brake on. Otherwise it would have been anticlimactic.
Diesel is big in India. Tata makes good diesel engines. petroleum engines are commonly used in smaller vehicles (like the. Indian bikes, 3 wheelers and the small 4door cars). Most everything else is diesel (like SUVs and mid size and larger sedans.
I'm with you all the way. Now add in a para about shoulder drivers and we are done.

They probably don't owe more than 20K on the car since they traded in a 2011 SS and a 69 SS for it. They asked for 11K while dealer offered 5K if they buy the crappier ZL1 from the dealer. But what about the owners insurance rates (which is going to go up).
They get a crappier ZL1 IF they handover the money they get from the Insurance to the dealership. And they don't get to keep the 5 grand, because it is to cover the new wheels and extras (because the ZL1 is not identical to the original).
They were offered the insurance money from their personal insurance, not the dealerships. I would say that The dealership should be the one paying up, not the personal insurance.
I thought it looked ok and fresh. Now it looks like a flattened Impala.
I just started using Goodreads - But I kind of hate it for what I want it to do. Time to try your other recommendation
