Is the A7 in the iPad the same one as iPhone? Is it clocked higher or has more GPU cores etc?

I wouldn't mind if some of the idiots I see on parking lots use it for front in/back in parking. Either half the damn thing sticks outs halfway to the spot in front or out to the road.

Thats how I always felt. The R&D probably adds so much to this car because none of it is applicable to any of the future vehicles (those that sell in decent numbers).

I think some of these like the Parallax etc won't apply to 5S owners thanks to the M7 chip.

Just tested it on 2 iPhone 5S from 0%. It is about 6% faster charging (even to 50%). Not that significant (probably because the phones were set up differently w/ regards t background apps and mail etc). I think iPhone is still limiting the power drawn to 5W because of the damage it will cause (heat, overcharging etc).

Actually Mac USB ports = Windows USB ports. The better (meaning not the cheap ass ones) PCs can also supply 1.1A @5V through USB3 or 900mA through USB2 when syncing. PCs can also provide up to 3A on USB3 (or 2A on USB2) when charging only. This I have tested.

I don't know what charger you are using but using an iPad charger doesnt charge an iphone any faster nor it is supposed to. The device only charges as fast as it is advertised to.
