Not a good deal. Can get double of $190 if I sell my mint iPhone 4S 32GB with the accessories (dock, digital adapter and charger - all of which are gonna be useless after I upgrade to a newer phone). Even Apple offers $231 (or 216 without charger and cable).

That depends - some models only support 4 or 8gb cards. You can't just grab a 32GB card and put into any microsd device and expect it to work.
