That one never gets old!

The benefit of being a drummer is that you’re never truly homeless. You can always sleep in your van!

I’d never heard that one, but it’s fantastic. I’ll have to add that to my repertoire!

This thread is the reason I still read Jalopnik! (Even with all the Gawker/Univision/kinja crap)

This reminds me of my favorite drummer joke:

Then he waddled away
(Waddle waddle)
‘Til the very next day.
(Bum bum bum bum ba-ba-dum)

The “weather rock” was one of my favorite parts of Scout camp! I remember laughing way too hard the first time I saw it.

Am I the only one that was wondering why there was a Gen 4 Camaro parked under the baggage ramp in the lead photo??

I’m 39, so that probably explains it.

It works exactly the same way in the other direction. When I was stationed in Sicily, we could bring over US-spec vehicles without paying the Euro VAT or meeting other standards. However, when you left the country, there were only 3 options:

I was going to be the pedantic jerk and point out that it’s “whittlin’ chit” and went looking for an image to support my point.... while I stand by the “t” instead of “d”, when did it change to “chip”?? That doesn’t even make any sense!

Greatest. Movie. Ever.

We’ll blame it on Torch. He’s only had 16k views, where Roselli had 116k. Or maybe his articles appeal more to the “younger crowd”.

Careful, you’re showing your age! With only 17 stars, you can see how many heads this went right over!

There are 10 kinds of people in the world.... those that understand binary, and those that don’t.

As an Italian living in Texas, I’m not sure which is the worst affront! Given that meat sauce on pasta is a thing, and that even adding beans to chili here is a “hangin’ crime”... I might have to give it to the chili.

It’s their DC-8.

The flying lawnmower was always a personal favorite.

Admittedly, I’ve never changed the radiator on a 1996 Land Cruiser, but if you’re planning on “overlanding”, shouldn’t you be able to swap out a radiator in about 30 minutes with a $9 tool kit from Wallyworld (that I hope he already has in the back of the truck, next to the kitchen sink...)?
