Director takes making movies seriously, and puts effort into them. How dare he?

Darkseid doesn’t need that. What we see in the trailer is Uxas, the young Darkseid before he gets all his Omega abilities. Hence why he has a weapon.

Because he’s not a dude bro. Dude went to art school for crying out loud. Add on that no that has ever worked with him has a single bad thing to say about him, because by all accounts he’s a decent and kind human being. Emily Browning said she would literally mop the floors for him.

The sex scene was meant to be ridiculous. It’s silly in the comic, and silly on film. Both use fire shooting out of the ship as a reference to ejaculation, it’s supposed to be ridiculous.

That sex scene is ridiculous in the comic and ridiculous in the film. That is the point. Snyder has literally said he switched out the song to Cohen’s version because his original choice made the scene seem serious / romantic. Dan can only get it up after putting his costume on, the Owlship ejaculates fire.…

Could be. Snyder has said he has a whole other cut of the film. Maybe it’s much clearer at getting his intent across.

There are two types of Disney Channel kids, there’s the Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ross Lynch, Shia Labeouf types that just try to take interesting roles. Then you got the Miley and Bela Throne types who try way to hard to shed their kiddy images. 

That’s the go to for pretty much 99% of horror movies. Evil Dead was different because the lead was male, and kind of an idiot. 

Becky’s know more about the lives of black people than a black man. 

I mean one of the elements that made Evil Dead stand from other horror movies, was that the lead was a male character in a genre dominated by female leads / final girls. So it is kind of disappointing they are going for another female lead for Evil Dead, rather than try to do another spin on the hapless poor bastard…

He doesn’t. By all accounts he comes in on budget. Watchmen having a director’s cut was by design, as he knew he’d have to make compromises with the theatrical. BvS apparently got a standing ovation from WB execs, and then they told him to cut out 30 minutes from the movie. 30 minutes that made the plot a lot more…

Movie Thanos wasn’t a fully developed character in any of his appearances until Avengers. By all accounts Darkseid’s appearance is more in with Thanos in Guardians. Just a tease. 

I think that stuff was overblown, like Margot a live rat from Leto, that she ended up keeping as a pet.

I mean, his actual ex-wife whom these characters are based off of is fairly light-skinned.
