The “bitch” thing is a bit overblown. The “Bitch/Jerk” exchange between Sam and Dean is done in a loving manner, an has only actually been said a handful of times in the show. 

I was most surprised by the fact that they are a more heavier sounding band than people seem to realize.

The problem with Preacher has been the wheel spinning more than anything. I don’t think they knew how to make a “road show” filming in a single location, and thus had to revolve the seasons around a single location spinning it’s wheels and not gaining any momentum.

Yes, Anthem the company that own a TV network called Fight Network that airs wrestling, MMA and other combat sports, they wouldn’t how to get wrestling on to AXS. It’s not like Fight Network airs NJPW, CMLL and a few Canadian indies. How will they ever get wrestling or MMA on AXS?
