My mom did this annoying thing where she'd call home from work and tell me to meet her at a certain hour at a certain place (usually somewhere close to home because I was little and also I live in a really small town). Then she'd forget to show up or be late like an hour. One time I started crying out of frustration

One time my grandparents went out to enjoy the snow with my mom, a baby at that time. They put her on a sled and went walking through the snow while towing the sled behind them. At some point they turned around and realized my mom was gone. They ran back and found her smiling in the snow. It's hilarious now to talk

I don't think the Danish are alone in leaving their kids unattended while they go do stuff. While usually I despise the "Europe is so liberal anything flies there bluh bluh" crap, I think this is, in fact, a more European thing. I think it's amazing how much talk is given on American sites on supervising children.

I can make a killer stew. Also I have a dog, so he can protect us!

You gotta have big balls to blame other people for your actions, too!

Jesus. All news articles about this story are full of those shit comments. They're not even funny or original, seriously. It sure makes me want to join you in that cave, fuck humanity.

If you wanna make this story even more depressing, then you should mention that her pregnancy was the result of a rape (that's what the other news outlets say). How much can Ireland's administration hate women, seriously?

The Czech Republic is actually a nice place to live, but it's not in Eastern Europe though.

Uhhh, what? Where is the condescension? I am from Eastern Europe. That is a very bad joke.

Eastern Europe. Just to mention, abortions are legal here, but the only party who ever mentions abortions (or homosexuality) is the one small extremist one that wants to outlaw them. However sexism is very rampant, everywhere you go, I'd like that addressed, but oh well not happening in my lifetime probably.

Sigh. It makes me really sad that, seeing this, I realized that in your country women's issues are at least acknowledged by parties and candidates, you know, that at least they showcase their wives and daughters or something. There are presidential elections in my country this year, and seriously, it's just a bunch of

LOL. What an idiot! "We have only looked at people who have cheated, therefore monogamy is losing out! Since I've only talked to the people who come to this site to cheat, obvs everyone wants to cheat, duuuhhh" Sorry, but I just find this hilarious HAHAHAHA. So much #research #science. Congrats dude.

You are very right, I agree with your proposed method!

I just want to add that we (and I suppose you as well) didn't even have cellphones. Starting age 6, I was allowed to play by myself outside, as long as it was in a certain small area. When I was 9, we moved next to a forest, literally, and my parents actively

I think that kind of supervision is not needed, but that's just me. When I was a kid, my friends and me went trekking through the forest, no parents nearby. When we were younger, we usually played for all day by ourselves (in groups or alone) on the street or in parks. My mom constantly made me go to the store to buy

Sorry if I am intruding, but I am curious. What country are you from? I am also from Eastern Europe (Romania) and I was wondering if this is prevalent in our region.

I was 12 when I got my first mobile phone, a mere 9 years ago. A shitty Motorola. Ah, the memories.

That is hilarious!!

Hmmm, I knew there must have been some secret reason as to why I have loved him my entire life! Now it's all clear!

I also love asshole commenters, they're my favorite!
