Why would the side the Lambo's wheel was on matter?
how would 40 in a 25 be too fast for the Mazda to see?
even at 65, I doubt it would be hard to miss.

Well, there's your problem.

He shouldn't have turned in. The real asshat in this video is the guy in the Mazda. The guy on the lambo looked like he was going somewhere in the 30's. People that wait to turn at the last second are the epitome of driving.

Might just be a NC rule but legally the person turning onto the road in this type of accident is at fault regardless of whatever dumb thing the person who was already traveling on the is doing. I feel for this Mazda dude, those won't be cheap repairs their insurance (hopefully he has some!) has to deal with

That's heinous. But just a fan's drawing. Why would they ever redesign the G-Wagen?

Turn your head when you back up, it's easy and cheap to implement and the safety benefits are huge. There's no reason to be against that, it's just common sense.

Nope, no one has ever driven a foxbody before, Ford didn't sell a bunch, the few they sold rusted out in about 1997 and none remain. Plus, no one appreciates cheap v8 power or the sound, or the fact that it's some people's answer to everything over the Miata.

I thought Jalopnik only gave actual scores to cars when they could spend extended time with the car, not "first drive" type events like this? Or at least that was the reasoning given for no score in a lot of the first drive articles that have been written to date...

no this just means the base model will be $755 more, $655 for the package and $100 for the fed compliance paper work

OK, then shit bothers me too easily.

I don't hate rear-view cameras. They're useful. I hate spending money on things I don't need. I don't need a rear-view camera because I'm not an idiot.

Jalops,

Not that I'm biased, but it can do pretty much anything apart from off-roading. If you throw that into the mix, you'd have to go with a (gulp) Cayenne Turbo.

I hate to say it, but this is the most useful vehicle ever:

SAAB 900 Hatchback, fun to drive, comfortable, cavernous.

Plain. Plain plain plain plain plane.

Speaking as a Marine with combat experience: Bullshit. There's also such a thing as situational awareness. If the cop thought shoving this chick into a bench was what he had to do to "protect his brothers," that is a horrific failure of training. I'd hate to see how he reacts to actual danger.

I have no idea why people are buying so many ecoboosts. I rent trucks often and in my real world trials, I always get the same or better mileage from the 5.0 than the 3.5 turbo.

Cars are not counted as 'sold' until it is either sold or leased at retail.
