I live in Florida, and here nearly everybody has a "Salt Life" sticker on their car, especially in my hometown, which is near the beach. I hate it.

Girl - "But it works!"

Well, it wasn't quite like that in Commerce. In Commerce, the tech inspector was a middle-aged woman whose examination consisted entirely of a) asking if I had modified the car, and b) asking if I would take a picture of her standing next to the car. She also insisted that my helmet was out of date, and told me that I

this is in Florida. Its called the redneck yacht club. People bring their jacked-up-straight-piped-coal-rollin'-chevy out for three days to get drunk, drive around, and see tits.

Forget about how many cylinders it has, just listen to that blow off valve.

Maybe Jeep is becoming the G Class of China? You know, G Class's over here in America are posh luxo off roaders, while everywhere else in the world you can get them with cloth seats. Just a thought.

Because why the hell not.

I'm also looking Fordward to the 2015 Chevy Focus ST-RS Hemi with the 5.3L TigerRam engine.

Oooooh stick Lancer OZ? I would like to drive one someday haha. Anyways, I had the great opportunity to go to Germany a few years back, and was surprised to find even the Dodge Caravans over there were stick shift. I think the only automatics I saw were a Range Rover or two and (I kid you not) a San Bernardino Dodge

Yeah. I just say it's more fun to drive, in the sense of rowing your own gears. Not in the sense of GTI/Focus ST hot hatch fun, if that makes sense.

Haha, at this point where automatic transmissions are becoming more fuel efficient than a manual, having a manual is truly a novelty/fun/exciting thing to have. I'm waiting for the one day my battery dies and then I get to start the car by popping the clutch...because I can. What would a person with an automatic do?

Yeah, I've got a Corolla S MT (I know most Jalops scowl at the Corolla, but it's a good no fuss car). The reactions I get when people find out about it are either "Wow, you just don't see manuals anymore these days, neat!" or "What? That's awkward, didn't know you could get a Corolla in a manual"

I read somewhere that the engine in these cars are from the Honda Pilot/Acura MDX, so I wonder if it uses Honda's transmission as well?

Man that's a boring and a cheap plastic-y looking interior. The instrument panel looks ok though.

I thought it was a new Mondeo. Lol looks pretty good though

This was absolutely hilarious. Kudos!

Right right, as crappy as I hear Lada's to be, I'd still like to drive one. Hell I would even like to drive the 124. But being in the USA.. there's a high possibility that that may not happen anytime soon.

Is this what the Lada was ripping off of? Because it looks pretty similar.

That's just a horrible looking car overall.

These old 'Yota's never came with diesels, but just a small V6, right? I've always wondered if they were slow or not, or if they were able to handle that big camper on the back with no struggle, because I feel that's a really big load for a small truck.
