The idea than a guy trying to make it as a action lead in Hollywood would shave his jaw to make it “flatter” is a little bit ridiculous. A square jaw is the money-maker in this industry, this is the feature that is a barrier of entry to get you cast as a super-hero types.

It’s fair to assume 90 percent of actors have had plastic surgery, especially the ones playing pretty people in leading roles, but he seems to have the same face he did playing in Harry Potter as a teen to me.
