I really hope they end up keeping this one after May 1st. Unlike the other Brawl events which felt very “gimmicky” (Lucioball and Junkenstein’s Revenge), this one is deeply integrated with the lore of the game and could have some real staying power.
Oh God...you’re right.
Should’ve clarified...the “two months” is in reference to their two month plan for the game.
Well thought out response.
Am I alone in thinking Bioware shouldn’t be commended for this? I mean I’m glad they actually recognized the issues with the game and are taking steps to fix them, so credit where credit is due...but this is a night and day difference in quality. These are glaring problems that should’ve been handled with a 3-6…
The first 10 levels of Witcher 3 are especially difficult because I refuse to change out of the Kaer Morhen Armor in lieu of the godawful looking, but admittedly better, early pieces (like the Bounty Hunter’s Gambeson Geralt is sporting in the top image for example).
They aren’t. These updates might mitigate the damage, but not repair it entirely.
Seems like they could’ve done all of this by delaying the game a little more and saving themselves some embarrassment...
The most upsetting thing about this is not that the animations or models are necessarily bad (they are, but that’s not my point), but that it’s been 10 years since the first Mass Effect and they haven’t improved nearly as much as they should have...and in some cases they’re actually worse.
Another issue that needs to be addressed is the prevalence of drophacking in higher-level play.
“...piercing me with his halberd and slinging me to the ground.“
Does he want blood clots? Because that’s how you get blood clots.
Ah-HA! That explains it.
So I guess they also (inadvertently or otherwise) confirmed that Tracer doesn’t need to wear her harness all the time. I thought it prevented her from becoming disassociated from time?
If the word “pretentious” had a face...it would look like this guy.
This reads like a college essay from a pretentious English major that needed to be padded for length. “Mythopoetic”? “Morass”? “Florid”? Congratulations dude, you passed your vocab finals...now how about you try communicating like a normal human being?
I’m sure steroids weren’t involved in this...
Personal Wishlist:
What’s the over/under on how dead this will be in the next month or two? I loved the first game, it was incredibly fun, but it was alive and well for like two weeks before it started seeing it’s community drop off. I would love to play this one, but I don’t want to spend $60 if it’s going to die off like the first Tita…
