Is it ridiculous to purchase Angus beef hot dogs/franks? I have this fear that if I buy the regular ol’ beef ones they’re gonna be full of beef hearts.

Your mind-boggles don’t matter to me. I’m going to go eat a burrito from a special place I haven’t been to in over a year and moving on.
Worked at a restaurant years ago and my first paycheck they paid me twice, gave me two checks. I brought them back and told a manager I got paid twice and insisted they take it back and do something about it. He didn’t want to deal with it so he directed me to another manager. That manager didn’t want to deal with it…
I’m still not speaking to you after that whole Nobel Prize fiasco.
You act like banks routinely have people arrested for nothing, it doesn’t happen.
Buh, I know it happens all the time, but “this is normal” and “this isn’t out of the ordinary” are bad faith arguments that apologize for banks using police and prison systems as their own private goons and gulag.
Butter your sandwiches! Yes! Deli meat sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, egg sandwiches. All of them.
I used to eat butter sandwiches as a kid. I’ll try the peanut butter and butter sandwich.
Speaking of buttered potato chips: I saw Buckethead play yeeeeaaars ago when he was with the band Deli Creeps. I didn’t know who they were at the time and the singer started doing this redneck spoken word thing where he screamed: “CHIPS AND BUTTER! CHIPS AND BUTTER!!!” My gf and I were both mortified by the concept.

Really “Captain Phillips”? I don’t remember feeling gushy at the end of the one. Maybe you meant “Cast Away” :)
You don’t need to arrest someone to take them to court.
I’m not saying she’s not in the wrong but CS can very easily recover their money through the court system and get the other bank to levy her account. As wrong as she is, she still has the right to try and fight this and throwing her in jail is overkill and unnecessary.
Damn you for making me side with the police!
Even so, this is still a move that happens when a series/franchise becomes creatively bankrupt.
Thornton Melon in “Back to School” teaches us more about business in 2 minutes than any 2 year MBA program ever will.
Has this innovation been taken over by a financial holding company yet? If there are stocks and options I’d like to throw my stimmy money at it.
Keeping up with this trial is sending my anger and anxiety through the roof. I have some preexisting medical issues and one of my biggest fears is that I’ll be in a situation where police have escalated it to a physical altercation, and if I end up getting seriously injured as a result then I will be blamed for…
Came here for this.
This isn’t just a situation of “that’s my boat, give it back, sorry I knocked over your sand castle”. Imagine all the clients, customers, and business interests that are involved with all the shipments on the Ever Given. Image all the insurance claims and lawsuits being filed by all those parties right now as a…
