I got on FB originally to share pics of my kids with th family (I’m in the us and all my family is in the uk). Overtime I used it more and more, it was a bad habit. Haven’t missed it at all since leaving my account. And now my phone lasts all day without the FB app draining it constantly.

4 years for me. Haven’t regeretted it once. In fact, it made me realize how abusive I’m being to myself when I agree even to them coming to visit for a single day. I’m with you in having the cats join in - they appreciate every minute with me more than my own mother did in my lifetime.
