@Raziel: more expensive too :-(

I never had a laptop and now I want to have a Nook Color so bad (to install Android 3.0 on it).

Sony sucks.

In our society, unfortunately, girls are raised with dolls and boys are with cars, action figure toys and video games.

@JGab: Brazil has huge taxes in electronics. Specially video games. A PS3 here, in legal stores, like Walmart, costs "only" $1176 USD. So I will be not surprised if the 3DS comes costing $600 USD. In fact, and unfortunately, I will find it kinda cheap.

@JGab: I live in another reality called Brazil, where electronics are extremely expensive, and I have a relative that will be in Europe by April, so I was going to buy that way.

@JGab: I don't like this "territory" limitation. The game was released on Earth, so why the hell can't I enjoy it?

If to play Japanese/European games I only need a FlashCart (that doesn't touch the firmware), that's OK for me.

@Crazy_O: Yeah, me too. Region-locking sucks... I thought the world was advancing in Globalization... but it seems not.

@JGab: "Region lock it, it stops piracy! I don't want people playing a game they shouldn't!"

Oh, Americans... whining because of miserables $250?

@Southrncomfortjm: so... paying $499 in a tablet is outrageous, right? Because I didn't see many people complaining about the iPad price... even the iPhone 4 price.

@Marasai: numbers are not that hard to fix. I still remember my ICQ number. My UNIVERSAL FriendCode will be just another number.

That's why CyanogenMod (and lots of others mods) exists...!

Never played Mario Cart before.

I'm presuming Nintendo is doing what Microsoft did with the 360: "lock the region of your game if you want, developers".

@The MSJ: I agree 100% with you.

Now THAT is how a Sonic game has to be made.

@wiskill: Wrong. 99% of PS3 games are region free and lots of 360 games are region free.
