I had already asked myself this and came to the conclusion that they live on for a reason. Everyone here is using pictures from vintage rvs to prove that simple colors work on them but new rvs have very clean lines and would look to plain without them. So maybe the swooshes are a little overboard but one or two tone

I’m with you, I could see the appeal of both. I could care less either way. To each his own, but I assume a poser is one who buys it to impress others. However, in my book, it’s their money and as such they can use it however they want. More power to them. I just don’t preoccupy myself with other people’s personal bus

I bought one last year, ride it about 20 miles every couple of weeks. I am the farthest thing from a biker. Three of my friends and I decided to buy bikes and call ourselves the wild hogs. We embrace the fact that we are not rebel bikers, but the complete opposite. We enjoy the short rides every now and then. What the

The person who goes around accusing other people of being posers is the worst kind of poser period! Who cares why someone else buys one? Who cares if he has it in his living room as art? Who cares if someone buys a new Huracan to stare at it and not drive it? Who cares if he has a new Porsche gt3 only to get

Um , kinda??

Exactly, we need to conserve an era when these type of cars were all around us!!

You say this like it is a negative, granted many people did not have a good time in high school but we can do without the debbie downers at our museum.

Exactly, I think plenty of people would go to the museum. If only to relive a bygone era. We all go to Petersens or Marconi to see exotics that we could never afford when in high school, but what about a real emotional connection with the cars that marked our early life. Heck you can open the doors and the smell will

Its clearly too much money for it but wow, I love mundane time capsules in their original state. Someday after hitting the powerball I’m going to open the museum for everyday time capsules. Eff it NP!

What’s not to love? New engine With 30k miles, no bodywork and a clean title? This is a steal.

Bob Lutz should hurry up and ride his high horse off into the sunset already. He is always complaining how new car companies suck. I’ve yet to see him write something positive about a modern car unless he is somehow involved. Every new design is terrible. Dodge sucks, Tesla is the worst company ever, new suvs suck,

Right? Fuck the racist old man and his crappy shitcan. You’re dropping the ball Rob, this is just an old car taken care of by a senile senior. Nothing to see here. And BTW also flagged.

I don’t know about the collectability of these. Yes, they are rare, however I’ve noticed that these drag specials don’t really get the interest of die hard collectors. Why? My guess is one, they are basically made as “collectors editions” and two they aren’t street legal. I’m sure in 10-20 years low mileage demons

What I do is keep pictures of all my ids in a folder on my dropbox that way if I ever lose any at least I can print copies at any hotel lobby.

Could be worse, at least its not from Newport Convertible Engineering:

Was it though? It’s not bad looking, but to me it just looks like a pimped out first gen Panamera.

Are the charities specified? I hope to God that the money goes back to the people of Equatorial Guinea where it was plundered and not Swiss charities.

I like it, but I liked that front end more last year when Lamborghini came up with the design on the Aventador S. So they’re just copying the fangs and no one is supposed to notice?

I see they mixed up Orlove and Torch’s submissions today.

Agreed, he’s trying to be so unpredictable that it’s become painfully predictable.
