I’m like you — ‘84 and years of waining loyalty — but I think the humdrum response has more to do with diverse products and high expectations than a let-down. The new AppleTV, when you really look at how that will be used, could be an enormous product. Much like the first iPhone, there weren’t mind-blowing apps

I’m not suggesting that anyone should judge the headline alone, but is the headline not supposed to accurately represent the article’s content?

mixed signals! (I know you can have your own opinions on topics)

I’m getting Selena Gomez in a Sexy Beetlejuice costume.

It’s more clever that way.

You know, a weird thought just occurred to me: maybe, and hear me out on this one, but maybe they take high school football too seriously in Texas.

If the people you work for just tried to rid you of all your investment in the company while still expecting you to stay on working for a few months what else was going to happen.

That may be true, but it sure as hell does not give the company the right to violate its own employment contracts.

You’re talking about Western Minimalism, which isn’t minimalism at all. If you’re trying to be a minimalist and you’re having to consider cost, you’re doing it wrong, plain and simple.

Nope. Now it looks sick.

Now playing

Don’t worry, Swagstallion. I got your reference!

Riiight, they could have hired a motorcycle sex demon or something for the event so they can hump that/him/her.

Please go to the police if you are ever raped and there’s literally DNA evidence to the rape strewn about where you wake up. I know the police get a bad rap, but the vast majority of them genuinely do want to help you. I completely understand fear, especially in this situation (if it’s true), but fearing the police

I thought he handled the bad writing perfectly. And no, voice actors can’t always “do fine” when they are given terrible content to work with. That’s like saying a good actor can save a film with a bad script and direction. That is simply not the case. Sure, critics can point out that the actor did well for the most

I really think the more monotone voice works good for a robot, he’ll be missed. Except if Nolan does the same kind of voice, in which case it’s clearly all about the money. (The 5 second clip from earlier doesn’t count, I need more to make a comparison)

As much as I like the new Nolan 343 Guilty Spark impression, I still have absolutely no issue with Dinklage’s performance. He was given shit lines to say, and he said them as I expected a robot to say them; with just a hint of emotion. You can only do so much with bad/corny writing, and Dinklage’s deadpan delivery is

I like exposing hypocrites, like Duggar, who are trying to influence national policy with their lies. I’m down with that.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one feeling this way. When this story broke, I was initially chortling along with everyone else, but I’m finding myself more and more feeling sorry for the people who’ve fallen into it—even Josh Duggar.

Oh absolutely. But we can’t leap to these conclusions about the wife, either. Her libido may have died for reasons that don’t have anything to do with him. Maybe their chemistry together just stopped working. We have no idea what their story is.
