Knowing that Brian May is pretty much the geekiest rock guitarist ever takes some of the surprise out of hearing ‘39 for those unfamiliar with May, but it’s a lovely (and catchy) song - and is a breath of fresh air/break from Freddies over-the-top layered/delayed vocals on much of the rest of that album.

The people in that show create a really high bar to get over, but Lowe is far and above the sleaziest character. I mean he comes across as even sleazier than the shady strip club owner, and the guy who lures barely legal teens to his sex cult and has tiger kitty gas chambers.

I don’t think suicide should ever be a first option, or entered into lightly, nor do I think that in all but a few VERY narrow cases suicide is ever anyone’s “best” option, but that said, I don’t think people should be prohibited from committing suicide.
