The point probably is that, even at 58K, whil a good deal less expensive than a 68k F-150 Raptor, the Ranger Raptor will be more expensive than a bigger F-150 Lariat or FX4 or whatever.

Given the option between the two, most americans would probably go for the bigger F-150 than the smaller Ranger at the same price.
