I actually just started a free Netflix trial last month and I intend to keep it. I wasnt going to, but I discovered a lot of shows I was always curious about. Hopefully that momentum keeps up.

It was on the PS3. Its on the disc. You install it from the disc. I did it last night. It seems this is a second printing of the game. The first were vouchers and the second has it already on there. I think even the 360 version comes with a second disc just with the DLC.

Dude, its awesome. The gameplay is tight and the gore is second to none. Its so violent.
