yes. I can never know what games will have horribly unbalanced sound. with the subtitles, I can catch anything I might've otherwise missed. =)

on another topic I don't watch much anime, but I do tend to like it subtitled. but my favorite, full metal alchemist: brotherhood, I actually prefer dubbed. one of the bad

they're all very cute. but I'm not sure that merida would like teddiursa. maybe ponyta

my daughter will download demos on the 3ds, which also has these limitations.. and she will burn through one that she likes MANY times. So, I think you and I are not the demographic that these limitations are set in place for.

man. I feel like microsoft really didn't know what to do to promote a new console.

nope and nope. I do watch people play locally though. or.. I play with them hehehe

is it really goofier? it looks like a younger, more childlike link to me.

if you go to their website, you can sign up yourself.. and you'll get your own beta key.

I'm not sure how it works for him as he had a direct invite.
it's ok though, thanks! but I just got an email from them... just trying to verify my acct =)

my husband has been playing this.. I hope I can get in =)

I think it's completely dependent upon the game. I generally buy games that I want to hold onto... but sometimes there's just a deal that I can't overlook.

I am quite excited about playing this.. I wish I would've pre-ordered it, to get the art book.

you could always build a house like that in a big city.. though.. not downtown!

OH awesome! I phase in and out of caring about collecting street passes, but I always end up excited when I get one!

holy shitballs. my husband is just like that. he has to 100% platformers.. and some other styles. HAS to. I think that's the QA in him. he diagnoses everything =)

nice! my daughter likes noface, I like the slimes and the mimic!

did it? I didnt' play the DS version. the wii version didn't!.. that.. I recall.

hmm... I might have to get this on gog so my husband and I can share a copy.. I loved the first one.. I remember putting it on low gravity, exploding someone, then finishing the level and coming back to their eyeballs still falling... ahhhh the memories.

I use the wall of text walkthrough.. and I don't usually get any spoilers =)

are you meaning the new super mario style "luigi helper" kinda thing? that's just the one franchise.. and I can see it's value, in that if you are a younger player, or one who is less experienced, and you can't for the life of you figure out how to get past a part.. then they aid you. I don't think it's a necessary

I think that walkthroughs are of the same vein as cheats. If it makes the game more fun for you, then who cares!

I will use a walkthrough when I'm absolutely stuck. or if I feel it will save me a few hours of aimless wandering. 'cause.. c'mon.. I'm a mom, I dont' have 100 hours to spend on every game I play!
