I think papermario is all they are willing to do in the "mario RPG vein."

on the flip side, my daughter just got paper mario sticker star. she said he reminds her a LOT of mario RPG with art like paper mario, and..well.. stickers. I havent' poked at it yet.

kirby had epic yarn and return to dreamland on the wii... I'm sure their development team is busy making smash bros currently.

I'm excited to see what nintendo does with a new IP.. but.. I'm kinda worried. I really would prefer it to not be such casual gameplay as wii fit or wii sports. I hope they come up with something very entertaining, of which consumes many hours of my life.

okage ps2. =)

think what you will.

wow..
you go ahead and point the DRM fingers and completely ignore what you push into the mix while placing blame elsewhere.

I am certainly not the reason for dick moves like ubisoft's proprietary software.

hah That looks like Super Risk! =D
In your opinion, what makes it awesome?

Of all the genres, the only one (as a whole) that I don't like are flight sims. I have enjoyed all sorts of turn based and real time, strategy and tactical games... really for really reallys!

nice. is your wife short? you could just keep things out of her reach!

I enjoy strategy games. I enjoy them on multiple platforms, in multiple styles.. but for how everyone LOOOOVOEES civ, I just can't jump on the bandwagon.,

lol well, I don't think copying mp3s that I own onto a cd to play in my stoneage car is a bad thing to do.. but I don't actually have a cd of the music... and it's actually meant to be used in such a manner. DS cards aren't meant to be ripped and available online via pirate bay or equivalent.

I am not the reason DRM

I love tactical games in general.. it is a tactics game, with politics as a focus.

but the DS games aren't really made to be that way. I have steam and you actually are limited on what you play by the size of your HDD, or by download speeds!

I don't absolutely hate piracy.. it's not for me, but others.. eh, they'll do what they want.
I just feel that having the R4 for accessibility is just more of

civilization makes me weep.
I love the ideas in them. and I want to love them, but I ultimately get annoyed at the mechanics and don't want to worry about what so and so nation thinks about me... and just want to slaughter things. the politics make me annoyed.

so no matter how much I really really want to like them.. I

I mean it's silly that you can't just ignore the system and it's games if you can't handle the system they are made for.

Anyways.. I think this is an argument that we will never agree on. Good luck! and maybe someday in the future you will be able to comfortably play the games on the systems they are made for =D

I'm saying that requiring a 40-50 game option at any given time is ridiculous. How dare my library be limited because I choose to go out in the world!!! *gasp*

don't misunderstand me about the greed.. my game collection is larger than it probably needs to be. I really like to game. My husband likes to game.. my

have I played on a PC screen lol we'll ignore that one for now.

I think it's a little greedy to require that many options on you at any given time. isn't even.. 5ish good? You can have 2 demanding games and 3 drop in games? I dunno.. think that for most people, the r4 is an excuse to not buy games.. not because of cost, but usually because of greed and laziness.

I dunno.. I think it's a little greedy to require that sort of accessibility all of the time.

I partially agree with your sentiment, but that's a little harsh.
