well, that is dependent upon the art style. not that many shows are cell shaded anymore, because it's a rather old technique. it was a more gimmicky 90's thing to try and look high tech, which is rarely applied now.

I mean it's paced slow, not that it runs slow! most really old games you have to have a program like CPU killer to make them not ridiculously fast!

it's not an RTS.. it's similar to the first couple games, but more strategy based. but beware on all of the old ones.. they're really slow... I mean.. REALLLY REALLYy sometimes =)

have you played fallout tactics? it's not for everyone, but my husband LOVES it!
