Just don't do this complete lack of brain thing and end up blaming bugs on Microsoft.
And not only should it be tailored to the audience, but also it should be attractive to them. Adapt your arguments, use words the audience would want to hear. It shouldn't be pleasant only if the person wants to hear, you should catch their attention.
