That's because -f stands for forced. It forces all programs to close, so it shuts down faster.

Sorry, but at my school we were busy studying unimportant things like Geography and History and not origami. Well, at least we could tell all our states and the history of our and other important countries by the time you were making paper air planes.

Hehe. The key is using straight, opaque, 0% softness and 100% sharpness (not especially about GIMP, as I don't know it very nicely, but every image editor should have options like these :P)
