Nero Wolfe recycled actors but it was still the same storyline and that was only supporting players that did that not the main cast. Radio and repertory live theater is not the same as TV. American Crime's Timothy Hutton was also on Nero Wolfe and played the same character in all 27 episodes.

That's like shows like the twilight zone which recycled actors in different episodes but what show did whole seasons like ahs?
