Where are you in your progress? Just curious.

I’d say I lost mostly couch weight. I went from 245 to 225, where I’ve been hovering. If I want to really lose more weight I’ll have to start with cardio, but I just hate running. So I’m sticking to lifting, and I’m starting to see some cut in my arms and noticing a thinner face.

It’s like any other routine - you need to stick to it until it sticks to you. I now get annoyed when I have a week where I can’t lift due to work/vacation.

I’m on my 2nd iteration of Madcow. Everything is mapped out for you. There’s enough time to get the technique right on lighter weights. I dropped 20 lbs so far. Give it a shot. All you need is a cage and 45 minutes 3 times a week.

This is a surprising take. The entire Finals crowd at Roland Garros was 100% behind Novak. I’ve always found him way more entertaining than Federer/Nadal.
