I remember in '93 looking down at the stage during the Zoo TV tour and thinking "Gee, Bono's getting a little old for this…". Great show though.
Jim Jarmusch + Neil Young in Deadman. Great combo.
+1 J.G Ballard.
NICE! Wilson was certainly an interesting character. Hail Eris!
The beard fetish episode is magic.
Jim Jarmusch. Not quite sure how he does it but his films seem crafted and effortless at the same time. His art is a living contradiction!
I'd love a Grant Morrison interview if AV Club could swing that. The Invisibles is a great gateway drug for any young mind with proclivities towards esoteric wisdom and occult texts.
Does Courtney have a wardrobe of faces she chooses from everyday? It's like a completely different person in every photograph.
LET'S DANCE!!!!!
Somewhat improbably, a biography from Albert Goldman mentions that one of John Lennon's favorite songs was Little River Band's Reminiscing. Make of that what you will…

Although the Care Bears’ cultural influence declined sharply towards the end of the Reagan administration
Very enjoyable season premiere. I guess I'll be….sticking with the herd on this one.
You mean the satire of an Australian current affairs program from the mid 90s. "I'm Mike Moore….welcome to Frontline." Great show.
Faith No More had a great album with that title.
For my money, this song from The Redwalls is the champion for trying be a direct facsimile of the Stones, particularly the coda - http://www.youtube.com/watc….
Now THAT was entertaining. Welcome back Walking Dead.
