What ever bones people have to pick with Rolf for the crap paintings and wobble board silliness, the sheer force of his gentle humanity in interviews make up for the twee comic material. He may not be a great comedian but he's a fine human being.

I've always imagined that if Gimme Some Lovin' era Steve Winwood could meet his future musical self circa Higher Love, he'd probably punch himself in the balls.

The sad part is he probably did comb his hair for that shot.

It also just struck me that he looks like Bert Newton's towel boy in that shot.

I think of the crop that's come over in recent years, Tim Minchin is probably the one I have the most time for. Having said that, I don't think we're talking about folks with Chappelle or Izzard levels of talent.
