@MaNiFeX: i believe they do this because they get a percent from the app's sales, and because of that, they may be liable for any criticism that app has, for selling the app and making money off it.

@JS_Drupal: and in most countries outside the US, ALL Android apps are free. (in other words, the good paid apps don't exist)
