Looks to me like the Estate Concept is a compelling case for the new C30. Hopefully in this one they offer the only thing I think the C30 was missing, AWD. I don't know about you but I'm consistently asked if my car is AWD, and it pains just a little to answer truthfully because it would the car just that much better.

C30 owner/operator here. Like most small cars, it doesn't ikea on the interior (at least very well, I once got the better part of a 1 bdrm's furniture in an '09 Mini along with three people, one sitting on boxes in the back). Unless it's something small. That's what the wife's Jeep is for though.

As a European I really don't understand the issues Americans have with Volvo. The V40, V60 and XV60 are huge successes here, the V70 is getting a bit stale. The S80, XC70 and XC90 were never that relevant here to begin with.
