Apparently, he started 13 of the Cavs’ last 17 games when Love was out with a broken hand or whatever it was, and played big minutes in all of those. I wouldn’t think it would be much of a concern for him.

C’mon, anybody would’ve given Love a max contract in 2015 when he resigned for his full deal. And they still would now.
Somehow the NBA is now the league where a guy can get knocked out with a concussion on a head to head collision and there not be a penalty of any kind called.
No, I don’t think this is fair to say for Harden. He was good defensively (very good to his standards), but on the whole he was bad in the second half.
And now a message from the Trevor Bauer News Network
You can look at a few things game to game. The Cavs shot 34.8% from three last night and had 18 turnovers and won by 13. That bodes poorly for the Celtics.
Yeah tons of players could have made that catch
Ooh, do the Patriots next, please!
Note that the lawsuit itself wasn’t alleging that they weren’t hiring old white men, just that they weren’t hiring old people, and the EEOC itself “alleged that one manager bluntly said Seasons 52 didn’t employ “old white guys.’’
The thing is, LeBron’s turnover could have been reviewed. The refs just totally missed it. Kind of inexcusable given that there was a timeout in between. There’s nobody reviewing tape of a potentially critical call to see if it needs to be reviewed while they’re at a TV timeout?
It’s really hard to say. It looks like goaltending, but there’s not a definitive shot of it, and not a single Pacer argued in the aftermath that it was a goaltend — Oladipo started complaining to the refs that he got fouled on the drive. Normally you’d see the players throw an absolute fit about it, but who knows.
With the no-hitter on the line, Manaea got two easy outs in the ninth, then gave up a walk and a fielder’s choice before Hanley Ramirez grounded out.
Just means customers, not only members of the loyalty program. The article was worded in a way that implied that, but obviously not the case.
Yeah MLB guys make a lot of money, but that’s self-selected for folks who already made the majors. The expected earnings of a single A player are very low, although of course he was actually a good prospect compared to most single A folks.
Yeah NBA halftimes are crazy short. Nobody is ever back in their seats for the start of the third Q because you get up to go to the bathroom and grab some food and it’s started before you get back. Every time!
Serious question: why do you think the Cavs signed him? I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that they looked at their roster full of mediocre wings and decided they had enough of those players and a G league re-tread wasn’t going to get minutes above any of those players and that Perkins knows the team,…
The Cavs have plenty of mediocre rotation guys. I think they had to sign a 14th player per NBA rules.
This guy baseballs.
What’s funny is that the actual tweet is SO much worse than the Ayn Rand aspect. Why is that the headline and not Anne Frank?????
Minnesota isn’t going anywhere in the playoffs this year beyond the semis. The bigger concern for them going forward is Butler trying to rush back for the playoffs, instead of sitting out for the longer meniscus recovery.
