@xhedgehogx: You dont have to be a macfag to own an iphone. But, you can be an ifag.

@squozzer: Play the stock market, spend the earnings, save the initial investment cash.

@Clancycoop: Ahh, but they still make more money if they can get more handsets sold.

@rogger_frogger: You're telling me. Slow data, crappy overpriced phones limited to one carrier with overpriced plans. I am in love with the system, NOT.

@nexusmerk: Its horrible if you listen to music loud. If you like some familiar ambient noise, its great.

@doggdiggity: Whoever sells more makes more. Kinda. But every company's goal is to dominate the market, and become complacent to reduce costs and maximize profits.

This happened like........at least 100 years ago. And was reported on here. Slow day I presume........................................................................

@infmom: Ahh, but you are actually paying about that much from the taxes you so willingly pay for the TSA.

@Kerc 2.0 beta: I hate big vehicles, but I would so buy one if it looked like that!

Yay! I always love when a team of 100 people take longer to do what 2 people can do. I love government!

@gthing: That has absolutely nothing to do with this particular aspect.

@mrantimatter: In some states, like Ohio, that defense doesn't work, because you apparently would know you are purchasing stolen goods even if you didn't know they were stolen.

I need this. Santa, are you listening?

@gthing: And it wont be changing any time soon. Its not about the customer, except in the sense that they get your money.

@gthing: They do that so they can say "Look at the contract. You broke it, now pay our outrageous fees because we aren't rich enough yet."

I forgot I was still tethered to my phone (HD2 on T-mo) downloading L4D2.....yeah... they sent me a text that I had used 'my allotment' and would be throttled. In fact, even though it has been over a month, I am still seeing only a quarter of my pre-throttled connection speed(150K/s) :(

@gthing: Read the contract, they will specifically limit how you can use the data connection. Whether or not it is enforced is another matter.

@Whack-a-mole: Definitely. I can drive a stick no problem, but i prefer paddle shifters so I can break with my left foot.

Ick. CMOS.
