Actually, many liberals fought against Obama’s use of Guantanamo and were very upset about it. You just don’t realize because they somehow didn’t end up voting for a republican instead.

Well, the White House evidently removed the judicial branch as one of the branches of government listed on their website. So I doubt they care what they think.

I think people need to start calling him ‘Mr. Trump’ instead of ‘President Trump’. I’ll bet nothing would chap his lil’ day-glo orange ass more than to have people intentionally ignore his lofty title. Or maybe just ‘Donald’, like they know him.

And yet, weirdly, it’s exactly the other way around: CBP agents are refusing court orders to release detainees in their custody. It’s almost as if large swaths of our federal security forces are lousy with jingoistic right-wing bigoted assholes who are all too willing to have a hand in bringing about a new fascist…

Exactly!! Why do the security/border agents have to follow orders that are unconstitutional? Aren’t we horrified by people who perform inhumane acts and then say, “I was just following orders”?
