It wasn't normal frat stuff. It definitely went way to far. Did you read the articles about what happened? It wasn't misogynistic, but it was a terrible thing for a person to do to another person and very violent. They set his pants on fire, fractured his spine, gave him nerve damage in his ribs and the kid almost

It's not a soft delivery. It's rude. I don't consider rudeness feminine. Or masculine. And rudeness is not 'tough'. I do wish we would critique high fashion brands more, because they deserve a lot of criticism, but Lilly Pulitzer is what's in the news right now. As for the 'transference policy' you can call it

1) I'm pretty sure not everyone in the South wears Lilly. They are $200 dresses. You said you were upper-middle class. I'm sure many upper middle class Southerners do wear Lilly. That's kind of the point of the article. Lilly isn't high fashion, but it costs a lot, so only a certain class of woman can actually afford

I agree, things boys did to me when I was young, was annoying, but didn't traumatize me. Things men did to me as a child or a young teen, I still remember those and can't get over them. Those instances were terrifying.

I was either 10 or 11 and with my mom and I noticed two middle aged men staring at me. When they were gone I told my mom because I felt weird about it.

And men! Men shouldn't vote for this weirdo either

Ew ew ew, why would you compare him to a vibrator? Now I have a nasty image in my head. Ugh. Gross.

Agreed. I do think he is gay, but I also think they care a lot for each other.

I adore her.

I feel so dumb right now.

The theory is that he stays with it because he actually loves Kelly (in a purely platonic way). Apparently she's his only and best friend. And she is, unlike him, completely committed to the church and actually believes. And if he leaves the church, he gets completely cut out from her life. I think it started as him

What did I just read?

I... still don't get it

George Clooney is very surprisingly honest. He had this interview with Playboy where he just talked about his career and his life and it was very interesting because it seemed very blunt and unrehearsed and just came off a lot more genuine than celebrities do in interviews. He talked about David O. as well.

I want Ari, but I'm a broke college student. And I travel. I wouldn't be good for her. Which is sad, because she has such a judge-y little face.

My God, the classism of it all. And I'm pretty sure that the majority of people who bought Lilly Pulitzer for Target were the people buying regular Lilly Pulitzer before. I don't think their customer base changed all that much.

Have yet to see anything by Lilly Pulitzer that didn't hurt my eyes. That being said, what did Target expect? All the sorority girls I know luuuurve that line and will buy anything with her name attached to it.

Thank you! I got called out for some ridiculous shit in high school. Some of my favorite moments: When my shirt was 'too low cut' while a girl in my class didn't get talked to about her short shorts and crop tops or when I took off my cardigan (because I was hot) and got in trouble because my straps weren't wide

I just started using it and my hair feels so soft. I really like it

Thanks!
