They have these parked next to a Viper. Makes me wonder if they have something special cooked up for it. It does seem a bit odd to build two Awesome cars that have more power than your halo sports car.....

Okay this needs to be in another Jalop's garage STAT! We can't let this one escape!

I love the fact that this is a 6 cylinder car. Everyone gets caught up with swapping engines, and we're eventually going to lose the normal, boring cars, that were just as much a part of an era as the others.

This might be the best NP I've seen in a while. That interior is worth at least a couple grand just as donor material. I usually like to leave things original, but this thing would be the perfect candidate for a 302 swap.

Dodge may refuse to make it, but they can't stop you from making it. May the limitations of physical space be damned! Backyard engineers, get on it!

I think the reintroduction of the the Magnum, available with the Hellcat, would break Jalopnik.

There's nothing more expensive than a cheap BMW. The price to fix the a/c alone will probably be half the selling price of the car. CP

Caterham Hellcat?

Which means I am, too.

"A massive, dangerous shudder above 60 miles per hour that sounds like there's a small animal passing through the transmission."

I'm getting dangerously close to wanting one of these.

Coincidentally enough, in quite a few states red lights and stop signs do not apply to cyclists. At least not conventionally. Red light is treated as a stop sign, and stop signs are treated as yields. Research shows this to be the safest, most efficient practice for everyone when cyclists are around.

NOPE CANT TAKE IT. I'M OUT.

ummm... we are allowed the far right lane, or the far left. We don't have to stay in the bicycle only lane. When it is dangerous (debris, vehicles, storm grates, potholes, the occasional sleeping vagrant), then are we to stop? No. Often, the bicycle lane is unusable.

As for red lights? I'll stop and stay stopped at

500 horsepower sport bike? Jeez...

followed them for 7 miles......And they slowed traffic.....maybe it was the asshole who took the picture.

He has successfully built a unicycle.

You know whats dumb. Trying to be somebody you are not.

Man, whatever. If you love your car, bring it to the damn show and talk to people who love their car. Who cares what everyone else thinks.
