Most of my friends vape, but not because they want to quit smoking. They're doing it because it's "in" right now and they use the non-niccotine fluid, so they think they're safe. I haven't started mainly because of articles like this making me wary

I'm actually in the market for a Saturn Sky Redline at the moment. Easy to find under 20k, but my budget is more like 10k. Now, it's definitely possible to find one with 100k miles in my budget, but it's almost impossible to find one within a reasonable distance from me.
