Well I've never driven a manual IS300 so I wouldn't know, I guess... But I can tell you I still have a ton of fun in my auto.

I've only ever seen one or two, and I keep a lookout for them. I drive an IS300 sedan and see the sedans pretty regularly, but the Sportcross is a unicorn.

I see you don't like automatics. I drive an automatic IS300 sedan and it doesn't ruin the driving experience, it's not a terrible transmission at all. Not amazing, but not terrible. Sure a manual would be better but it's still an awesome car.
