Still feels off for me. It feels like they jumped on the “new hotness” train just to be on it (Shin Gojira design, not the movie). With that said, I can’t think of better alternatives now that I remembered the hotel Gojira IS Heisei (it would get pretty redundant); Millennium wasn’t exactly the most endearing, and

Seems a little quick-to-the-draw isn’t it? I mean, I dig me the Shin Gojira design, but the movie wasn’t exactly an instant classic. Not to mention just that one movie under its belt. That would be like if they placed a statue of Zilla somewhere in the NYC. Heisei really should’ve taken that mantle.

That Life in Aggro:

No need. Similar minds and what not.

Another step closer...

I don’t know about that. Robots aren’t exactly well known for their ‘sensuality’...

Pokemon? Please, they’re new boss characters for a new Mega Man Powered Up:

I’m gonna assume when you open the chips an ad pops up in the bag that keeps you from getting to the chips for 5 seconds. Then another ad plays when you’ve been eating for at least 8 minutes.

I’m confused. Is the 20,000 Yen a fine? A reward for the culprit?

Anecdote as a counterargument:

Graphical performance, most certainly; zone loading, not really. The most obvious response here is Breath of the Wild. Along with that, no-zone loading was successfully executed with GTA4, GTA5, and a bunch of Assassin’s Creeds on hardware significantly weaker than the Switch (Xbox 360). But that codebase will

Seems possible. It would make more sense for them to finish their original intentions before moving on to other ports.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. I would definitely believe that porting to Switch would involve “starting from scratch”, which I doubt they sincerely would want to put anymore time and money in. Resources devoted to a game that centers around Switch features would make more sense.

Please see my other reply about why “technological difficulty” is not the same as “working on a port is hard”.

You kidding me? I’d love to get my down and dirty with a Switch dev kit. Where do I sign up?

I’ll post this here as you seem to have gotten a gist of what I meant. Not picking on you specifically.

Hate to say it but it sounds very much like a cop-out answer. I’m pretty sure there’s no real technological difficulty (considering this is Capcom here, not an rookie indie team).

They forgot to put Leeloo in the middle there...

Wow, given enough time, this won’t be weird:
