Unfortunately there’s no single right answer to this. Some games benefit greatly from improved multi-core/per core performance, while some games handle exactly the same across similar classes of CPUs.

Methinks it’s time to move on. I’m a proud owner of a G500 mouse but when it’s sequel the G502 came out, you can tell the design team seem to have partaken in some nasty drugs in the time gap.
