With textbooks, there's also a distribution network that limits what's available.  With cars, you can add and remove options (other than emissions) all over the country.  You can't do that with books

The Chinese have 1/4 of our carbon footprint in the US. They’re filthy in terms of emissions. But that’s much more due to density.  We have no excuses

They’re nothing close to being the worst in the world. I’ve seen the rankings full of US cities. But I’ve also spent tons of time abroad. Rush hour in LA moves far faster than all daytime traffic in Manila or Bankok.

Trump hater here...those jobs are in massive jeopardy if Tesla can’t make a profit. Musk is unfortunately often on Trump’s side. Musk treats his employees like shit like any right-wing asshole does.

Ha, skeptics have been right about the Model 3 and that's the car that's supposed to define Tesla.  

Unless none of the drivetrain works like their other cars, the thing will be in limp mode after a couple minutes of fun.  Hopefully that's not the case. Maybe they'll actually finish a lap on the ring
