Mostly true but engine tune/upgrades are common. And sometimes dinky things like lights and trim.
Their high resale value has a lot to do with these short production runs. Its weird but in a way, they’re all sorta rare because someone will wish they could have bought that specific model at full price but didn’t or couldn’t.

It depends on what kind of overweight person you were before. I lost 140lbs from my max. I lost 70 of that in less than 4 months. The rest took more work. If its all fat, its better to get rid of it as fast as possible if you can mentally handle it. That fat affects you every day.
