I’m thinking rugby, which looks similar to soccer but a lot more savage. Rugby is also incredibly fitting with the setting. I’m hoping the last evo is a fast runner that doesn’t get hit or something.

Between the soccer shot and the name Scorbunny, I thought the Scor- part meant score, not scorch.  Though I suppose it could be both.

Yeah, this was a really smart way to build hype. And the whole “is he real? Was this an accidental reveal?” angle reminded me a lot of the rumors we got throughout Gen 1 like “Pikablue” and all the different fake ways of catching Mew. 

It was great, my nephew texted me a screenshot asking if I knew what that was cause he’s never seen it before and couldn’t find it in an online pokedex. I had no clue either and in the middle of catching Chikorita’s I suddenly got surrounded by those things.

THIS. There was so much potential sqandered by Gen 7. The fact that they took out triple battles, leaving you with no way of using your whole team in the postgame except playing online against some kid with an entire team of shiny legendaries is a dealbreaker for me. I’ve replayed ORAS 3 times since starting Gen 7.

Pokémon Sun/Moon. There was a part of me that wished Rotom-dex would actually inhabit my 3ds just so I could threaten it with water. As far as companions go, Navi is reserved and erudite by comparison. And Lilly is repulsively useless. And the game is on rails so much that I feel like I could have beaten it by just…

We don’t know what “Catching Pokemon works like in Go” means. As Patricia indicated, it could simply mean that Pokemon are out in the overworld.

I’m not sure I see how they determined that the order spells “Isolement”. The majority of the signs seem identical.

I’m with ya’. The game is fantastic but really it’s easy (that’s a good thing as the challenge is there for those who want it but not needed). But by the end finding moons becomes more just a lot of tedium. Still, it’s a perfect 10 game
