Ohhhhh that makes a lot of sense. Gotcha, thanks!

I own an English copy of Super Robot Taisen 2: Original Generation for GBA, bought at Superstore (Canadian grocery chain) in Canada. Unless I’m misunderstanding the quote, it’s definitely come to the West at least once

I’m assuming you didn’t actually read the paragraph - it said “no”

Yeah, the “here’s what’s in the pipeline" announcements are fine, definitely don't mind those.

I really hate the 1.5 - 2+ year out announcement trend that a lot of companies do

CHAOSSSSSSS!!!

Kevin? I don't think I saw King Ghidorah in this trailer, must have been a blink and you miss it cameo

I'm not quite sure, I couldn't quite tell, but I think their goal was to fight(?) some dude. Couldn't quite make out his name though, I'm sure someone else heard it though

Bravo

Yeah, this is a simple, yet super effective (heh) piece of merchandise. One that should do amazingly in Japan because of the cultural juggernaut that Pokemon is and the fact that bug catching is quite popular too. Whoever thought of this design should get a major raise!

It does! It has a "modern save system"  whatever that means haha

ZAMN. The one SNES game I own that even as an adult I have never been able to beat. Killer soundtrack and sound design though. I can still hear the Chainsaw Men, and the little Killer Dolls loud and clear in my head

Now I love Mashima and all his works, but compared to Toriyama and the like, even I have to say that Mashima has a problem with designs and characters being cut and paste from one series to the next. So much that when I first started reading Edens Zero it felt more like a Fairy Tail “what-if?” rather than a new series

Wait, what? Mobile gaming still a huge, and very active market.

My worst “quitting after missing something” was in “The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky”.

You've basically summed up perfectly what my issue currently is with the event. Which again, you can't blame the streamers for that. They have to work with what they're dealt with

Yeah, they’ve handled the transition SUPER well for sure.

That's good to know! I'll definitely give this a try, I need some good runs for background noise

Yeah I just find that it doesn't have that same flow/energy as the in person. Which again, completely understandable! The awkward audio and talking over eachother just gives me flashbacks to my work and all the video/audio stuff I have to deal with there haha

I really love GDQ as a whole, I often put runs on in the background just as some noise. The problem with it being all digital - which is of course 100% the right thing to do - is that it loses the charm the crowd and the couch brings to it. I don't think I've watched any of the events since COVID started, I'm not a
