Conceivably all they would need to do is give it a decent (~5 hour) battery life, and then allow for it to be charged through battery packs. Give it those two things and they should be fine

I think a good chunk of it is going to be story-wise power rather than in-game power. I’m sure that TN/S will be a decently strong Pokemon on its own merit, but if it does play a significant part of the story, I’m betting on it being more powerful in the context of the story
