It’s exactly because you are not colorblind. It’s only a rendering of what it would look like, so if you have “normal” eyes there’s a good chance you’d still be able to pick out the different colors

The thing is, in “Man of Steel” it was somewhat obvious (at least to some people [in the movie verse]) that Superman was the good guy in the fight. Yeah he caused a crap-ton of damage fighting Zod and co. but it was somewhat clear he was a good guy.
