Slightly OT, but I have this same problem with "The Perfect Storm". If I run across it, no matter what point it's at, I can't not watch it to the end. And I don't know why!

I was hoping the Dart would make the list. I think it's one of the best looking of the crop, and if the rumored SRT-4 comes a'calling next year, it's automatically on my short-list (of things I'd like, but will likely never own... sigh.)
Just this week I saw "DO ME NOW" and I really wish I'd gotten a snap, because honestly that's about as douchey as it gets. Or maybe I'm wrong here- perhaps the ladies *do* signal him to pull over two or three times a day...
Not in New York.
I well remember when we got our Nintendo 64, for Christmas in 1996. We couldn't really afford it at the time, but my son, who was 8, really wanted it badly. However, we'd just remodeled the kitchen that summer, and gotten new appliances, including a brand new stove from Sears.
Just to note for anyone considering the handheld version(s(speaking for the 3DS here, but reportedly the Vita version is the same))- I have played and enjoyed many of TT's "Lego" games, in both handheld and console flavors, but the 3DS version of Lego LoTR is such a horrible, ill-conceived, uncontrollable, confusing…
They should go full-Murano and take an opener to the Cayenne... I'd be down.
I think this is more of a "metropolitan" phenomenon than anything specific to Hong Kong; I'm reasonably sure you can find premium priced parking spaces in any big city. E.g., (and speaking of Chicago...) the last time we drove down to Navy Pier we parked in the garage of Lake Point Towers, an upscale condominium…

I puzzled over the same thing, e.g., 'wouldn't vehicle speed be dependent on wind speed?', but it's not the case. In the other video posted in the comments, they clearly show the boat travelling at 52 knots in a 34 knot wind, so there's elements of inertia and momentum that transcend the mean wind velocity.
Cutest puppy EVER!
It might have been "cheap as hell" (and I'll even give you that, though in the context of a show that constantly buggers belief in the first place) as the denouement of a serialized "season", it concluded what was in my opinion the finest example of a serialized "story arc" ever presented in science fiction…
Dinosaur ornaments are generally OK, though, because clearly Santa believes in evolution.
As a dedicated DIY/Project dude, I live in a nexus of tool paradise. Within two miles of my house, I have a Home Depot (actually on the outer border or my subdivision, less than a linear mile), a Harbor Freight, a Grainger warehouse with a retail showroom, and a Berland's House of Tools. This last one is the…
How is it that Microsoft is getting a pass on their total capitulation in the "interface wars"? I just hate, hate, HATE that they're assuming that we're all so in love with the whole "smartphone/social" experience that we'd actually like to have that same shit on our desktops... IMHO, that twain should never have…
In all or any of those iterations, it's THE automotive design that moves me the most, thanks to an Aurora HO slot set and a lonely, nomadic childhood...
I had an Aurora HO slot car set in the late 60s with a Gulf-liveried GT40, and maybe it's because it's such an icon of my childhood, but if I could have *any* car today, it would be a Ford GT. And I hate Fords!
There's definitely a distinction between folks who appear to be just using the space available- however nasty- (e.g., the numerous 'crawlspace' setups) and the ones that are clearly utilized by people with 'hoarding' sorts of disorders.
Use my head to what, imagine a non-existent scene where Dr. Shaw is shown clear evidence that what they've found is a malevolent payload targeted at Earth because the engineers despise humanity? If I missed something, then please, correct me.
Just watched it myself, and for me, the most annoying plot-hole was when Shaw was babbling to the newly-awakened pilot-engineer about "you created us and now you want to destroy us and why do you hate us so much and blah blah blah...", because where in any of the proceedings is that made clear to her?
