Huh?
Seriously, that's why *I* clicked through. 15 seconds in, and I was re-reading the headline a bit closer...
I'm really up to *here* with these tech-tycoon "visionaries" spouting off about their particulary visionary visions, and how their visions are going to shape the way we all live in the future.
Bingo- we had an MX-6 in 97 or so, bought it used from a VW dealer. It was a great car, fun to drive, but my wife simply refused to believe it was in any way related to that horrible, awful Ford Probe abomination. This was the last I saw of it.
The examples of poor driving you present must certainly occur, and some be forgiven, but you know what else also applies to everyone? The responsibility to know and observe the GD rules of the road, but above that, to comprehend that "traffic" is a shared space, and we all have a duty to maintain safe flow at all…
IANAL, but I would think that- like any contract- the viability of its terms come down to the particular circumstances of any given challenge to it. Contractural stipualtions, I'm pretty sure, cannot protect against what would be found to be un-lawful activities.
I'll let the great 60's political satirist Tom Lehrer explain-
Not trying to be antagonistic here, but you didn't mention if you HID lights include proper HID projectors. Because if not, then they look like shit, no ifs, ands, or buts.
And therefore, they can't put a couple of detectives in it and get a bit of a head start over a SWAT team that's *driving* 40 km? Still makes no sense.

I do believe the Dragon Vette would make "a Brewer speechless", and that's not an easy thing to do! "RESULT!"
I'm pretty sure that Adam Carolla was slated for one of the early aborted TG-USA attempts. It's too bad that it fell through, as I think he's one of the funniest extemporaneous comedians out there (I used to listen to 'Loveline' just so he could crack me up). I was excited to hear it when it was announced, and made…
Another byproduct of the gadgetization of the automobile is the additional "out" the gadgets give to the mechanics of the world. I've had it up to here with being told that my malfunctioning compuerized gew-gaws "just need a 'flash'", or a 're-flash'.
Thanks to a Aurora HO slot-car set I recieved in '68 or '69 that included a Gulf GT40, that livery stirs in me a willy-wind of glorious youthful nostalgia like no other thing in the world. Eerily, it keeps coming up lately; the June '11 issue of Octane magazine has a cover story on the Gulf racecars, and the day…
But he's using what appears to be tubesocks for a capo. 'Shamy' would not approve...
No, it's not illegal for them to hire her, but she is enjoined from lobbying for Comcast in any matters that intersect with regulations or rulings passed while she worked for the FCC.
A Fiat 500 in gray,
And what's up with the upward-creeping "grade" prices, or is this only happening in Chicago? Let me explain- for as long as I have been buying mid- and premium grade fuels, about the last 4-5 years, it's been a steady +10c mid, and +20c premium, from all vendors.
